Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
• Accurately enter customer data into the system while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, including upselling relevant products or services.
• Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience.

Skills

• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in both Spanish and English is particularly advantageous.
• Strong phone etiquette to create a positive impression during customer interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear exchanges with customers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
