• L12 My wife Adele and I live in an accessible bungalow in the West Derby area of Liverpool.
• We have lived here for 16 years and have spent a lot making the bungalow more accessible.
• We both have a physical impairment known as Cerebral Palsy.
• We like to go out for meals together, meeting up with friends and going to the cinema and theatres.
• We have two sons called Tom and Jamie.
• Jamie is 11 years old and goes to Childwall Academy.
• Tom is nearly 18 year-old and goes to Range High School in Formby.
• I work as a screenwriter and occasionally as a stand-up comedian which sometimes involves me working away evenings and weekends.
• Adele works for Cheshire West and Chester Council as a social worker.

We are seeking PA support to enable us to live an autonomous and independent life. We both work in professional careers and we balance our working lives with raising our two sons. We need a reliable and trustworthy individual to drive our Motability car and support us to get our sons to and from school, drive us to and from work and social activities, as well as assisting us with work-related tasks.

In addition, we may request assistance to prepare meals and undertake household tasks. We will require our PA to work every other Saturday. There will be opportunities to work overtime. Working days and times may vary from week to week so we require some flexibility,
