As we scale, we need someone exceptional to help drive our owner/founder’s agenda forward and support the business across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Founder Support & Operations
• Manage the founder’s diary, travel and logistics.
• Handle email filtering, prioritising diary events, drafting responses to correspondence.
• Arrange bookings of meetings, purchasing and procurement (gyms, travel, equipment etc.).
• Lead Generation, Marketing & Partnerships
• Reach out to prospective clients/leads via LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
• Support marketing events: planning, attendance, hosting.
• Research target companies, industries and trends to inform outreach strategies.
• Enquiry Follow Up
• Follow up on incoming enquiries and book them in for consultations.
• Work closely with the office team and personal training managers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Assist with finance tasks: basic invoice processing, budget tracking, expense claims.
• Special Projects & Growth Initiatives
• Identify process improvements, help with implementation.
• Take on ad‑hoc strategic research, competitor reviews and new business opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent organisational skills; ability to manage many moving parts and shift priorities quickly.
• High self‑motivation and a proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, or in sales / admin / support.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in fitness and wellness.
• Experience generating leads, or marketing event support.
• Familiarity with financial admin (invoicing, expense, budgets).

What we Offer

• Salary: £22,000 base + performance‑based bonus
• Benefits: company pension; gym membership, access to wellbeing hub; your birthday off.
• Flexible working: Monday to Friday with some flexibility in hours.
• Based predominantly at our Liverpool City Centre head office, with occasional travel to London.
