Role Description The Director role at Infinite Print Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool. The Director oversees day-to-day studio operations, ensuring projects for both business and personal clients are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

This role includes leading and mentoring the team, coordinating workflows, and managing client relationships from initial consultation through final delivery. The Director develops and implements operational and commercial strategies, monitors performance metrics, and identifies opportunities for growth and process improvement.

The position also involves collaborating closely with design and production staff to maintain a consistent creative standard and a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Operational and project management abilities, such as workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Client relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Business and commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Background in print, design, or a related creative industry, with understanding of production processes and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office and project management software; familiarity with design or print tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Liverpool and collaborate effectively with a diverse team and client base.
