Facilities Contract Administrator
I am currently recruiting for my client for a facilities contract administrator. You will have a administration background preferably from facilities.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include using an inhouse database as well as using microsoft packages, making sure all ppm's and ppm sign off's are logged, raising PO numbers for sub-contractors, talking to engineers and sub-contractors to confirm works, producing WIP reports and other reports for managers, as well as helping the contract manager.
Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary is 27.5K
