We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on a temporary basis in Liverpool. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join a busy NHS hospital pharmacy team in Liverpool. At Band 8a level, you will provide expert clinical pharmacy input across a range of wards and specialities, leading on medicines optimisation and supporting the development of pharmacy services.
Duties will include complex clinical screening and verification of prescriptions, providing expert medicines advice to multidisciplinary teams, leading on medicines optimisation initiatives, supporting and mentoring junior pharmacy staff, and contributing to the development and implementation of medicines-related policies and guidelines.
