Your Mission

Turn Innov2Learn’s innovations into campaigns that capture attention, generate demand, and help more healthcare educators discover better ways to prepare learners before they care for real patients.

Summary

We are looking for a resourceful and ambitious Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of our marketing activities. You will execute campaigns, build automations, manage advertising, update our website, and create relevant content with our internal educator. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to prove themselves and eventually build and lead a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email, social media, product launch, and lead-generation campaigns
• Build automated customer journeys, follow-up sequences, and CRM workflows
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Work with an educator to produce accurate, engaging, and customer-focused content
• Complete basic WordPress updates, landing pages, forms, and product-page improvements
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, analysis, and repetitive work
• Source and manage freelancers and future hires, including designers, video editors, and web specialists

Quantitative KPIs

• Launch at least two targeted campaigns and one new or improved automation per month
• Deliver at least 95% of approved marketing priorities on time and report results monthly
• Help recruit and onboard at least two A-players per year

Requirements

• Early-career candidates are welcome; resourcefulness and execution matter more than years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Comfortable with email marketing, CRM tools, social media, analytics, and digital advertising
• Able to complete basic WordPress updates independently
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning new platforms quickly
• Organized, creative, data-driven, and able to manage several priorities
• Comfortable working in an SME or startup environment where people wear many hats
