ABOUT TRAMPOLINE

Trampoline is a boutique strategy, design, and technology consulting firm based in Montreal. We started out helping ambitious organizations navigate digital transformation, and today we sit alongside entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, boards, and investors on some of their thorniest tech and strategy challenges.

Our clients range from multinationals and some of the largest cooperative financial institutions in North America to global engineering and professional services firms and cutting-edge start-ups. As we grow, we're building a lean, senior team that owns client relationships end-to-end and genuinely shapes how those clients think about strategy and technology.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a senior, client-facing role reporting directly to the CEO. You will not just be executing on a project plan, you will be a trusted advisor to the executives you work with, running mandates end to end while also managing a lean team of analysts.

As Trampoline continues to grow its client base, this role becomes central to how we deliver, advise, and build lasting relationships with the organizations we work with.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Client Delivery & Project Management

• Own client mandates end to end, from scoping through delivery and stakeholder management.
• Plan and manage mandate timelines, deliverables, and resourcing to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Manage and coach analysts, ensuring quality and timely delivery across mandates.

Executive Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, offering perspective beyond the scope of a given mandate.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear strategic recommendations for C-suite, board, and investor stakeholders.
• Build executive-ready roadmaps, operating models, and strategic documents that shape client decision-making.

Business Development

• Support the CEO in business development for the agency.
• Respond to RFPs and help shape proposals for new mandates.
• Contribute to sourcing and closing new client relationships as the practice grows.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• 5+ years in management consulting or similar client-facing strategy roles.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, spoken and written.
• High-level expertise in PowerPoint (executive storytelling) and Notion.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with C-suite, board, or investor audiences.
• Strong project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple mandates, timelines, and stakeholders at once.
• Solution-oriented and resourceful, able to navigate ambiguous challenges and land on practical outcomes.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial by nature, thrives without close oversight.
• Genuinely interested in technology and excited by new tools, curious to explore what's next (including AI).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a boutique, agency, or start-up environment.
• Familiarity with Figma and FigJam.
• Comfort working with AI-enabled tools such as Claude.
• Prior people management experience.
• Interest in digital transformation, product strategy, or emerging tech trends.
