You will help clients find hard to find talent that will make them profitable, help candidates get the careers they really want, and along the way, you will have a lot of fun!

We have 4-day workweek, ping pong table, located in Old Montreal’s amazing location, one of the best commission / bonus structure on top of your base salary, dental / health benefits, sick days and 3 weeks vacation to start as well as top of the line training.

We are looking for go getters, who want to be on top of the game, and do not take no for an answer. As a 360 recruiter (look it up!) – you will be juggling different tasks such as negotiating agreements, qualifying candidates, doing business development.

We offer one of the highest commission structures in the industry, and your first-year earnings should average $30,000 to $60,000, with the potential to grow into a six-figure income. Must Have Skills

• University or College degree
• Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a b2b sales environment
• Constant overachiever / Entrepreneurial spirit / Outgoing personality
• Motivated by compensation based on performance
• Lead Generation / meeting quotas
• Managing / negotiating terms with clients
• Persistent and getting things done now
• Sourcing candidates on open mandates
• Strong communication / written skills in English are required (French is a big asset)
