Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Administrator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and maintaining system availability. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, user administration, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers and workstations.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control using Active Directory or similar directory services.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patch management, and antivirus maintenance.
• Monitor backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
• Configure and maintain basic network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Assist in managing cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of backup solutions and end point security tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
