We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, including data entry, account reconciliation, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The Accounts Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday.
• Support bookkeeping activities by recording transactions and maintaining ledger entries.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Assist with budgeting processes and financial reporting tasks.
• Perform account reconciliation to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support the finance team with general administrative tasks related to financial data management and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or ADP.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian is preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial services and accounting principles.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform account analysis effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with budgeting and financial reporting is a plus.

Pay: $35,861.47-$67,689.18 per year
