Role Description

M Rentals Montréal is currently seeking a motivated and professional Rental Agent to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Montréal, QC. The Rental Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, managing property visits, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease.

Responsibilities

Conduct apartment and property showings

Respond to rental inquiries and follow up with leads

Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties

Coordinate and negotiate lease agreements

Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and property managers

Support marketing efforts for available listings

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the rental process

Organize appointments, applications, and leasing documentation

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) — considered a strong asset

Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or property management is an asset

Motivated, reliable, and professional attitude

Valid driver’s license required

Access to a vehicle is considered an asset

High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional certifications in real estate or property management are considered an asset
