Leasing Agent, Live- In, onsite

We are looking for a self-starter who has sales and customer service experience. They realize the job consists of a Wednesday to Sunday schedule, 10 am to 6 pm, with Sunday's being 11 am to 4 pm and are comfortable offering support on evenings and weekends. A workstation and a full set of resources are available to ensure the ability to complete the job.

Reporting to an on-site Property Manager, some responsibilities will include:

• Have a confident grasp of the English language, both written and spoken
• Participate and excel as a member of the Houston Properties team
• Assist in maintaining a portfolio of 334 units in the South Winnipeg area
• Enjoy selling to ensure suites are rented out. Demonstrating why Bison Pointe is a premier location with apartments that provide the type of luxury people expect
• Complete ingoing and outgoing suite condition reports to ensure new residents can rely on a clean and well maintained home
• Provide quality ongoing customer service to existing residents to ensure their home is a place of joy and comfort
• Utilize phone and computer systems to maintain an organized work life
• Demonstrate diplomacy and good judgement without forgoing the best interest of Houston Properties. Help us maintain our top ranking Google reviews
• Have a familiarity of the Residential Tenancies Branch policies and work with our team to ensure residents manage themselves in a responsible manner
• Completing resident application checks and paperwork for incoming and outgoing tenancies

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
