What is it like to be a recruiter? It’s about showing flair, establishing relationships of trust and having good judgment! From identifying an employer’s needs to understanding a potential candidate’s interests and skills, including teamwork, candidate sourcing strategy and headhunting. These are busy days, each one different from the other and mandates which vary from one employer to another.

It is also the satisfaction of having played a determining role in the career of a person that we have gotten to know through discussions.

What we are looking for

• • A lawyer or notary with a good knowledge of the legal field and the different areas of law;
• An individual with an interest in recruitment;
• An individual who well works in both a team and independently, demonstrating a good level of flexibility and being able to adapt easily in a constantly changing environment;
• Someone who enjoys networking and wants to get involved in the legal community;
• A proactive and detail-oriented individual;
• Someone familiar with social media.
