Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned designer that will bring their expertise in designing and tuning engaging game modes and activities, as well as efficient free-to-play monetization systems, and can carry those systems from conception, to development, to live operations. A creative game sense, ability to communicate effectively, and genuine interest and knowledge in mobile games are also highly desirable

• Drive player retention through engaging and carefully designed features
• Conceptualize and execute the key features of the game mechanics.
• Create and keep up to date design documents, drawings, diagrams, flowcharts, Spreadsheets and any other necessary documents to communicate the design functionality and vision, as well as create the data related to the design.
• Be able to communicate clearly the vision to the team and support them whenever they have questions.
• Collaborate with the other developers from all disciplines in the dev team to ensure the objectives are clear and the execution flawless.
• Be able to prototype your design ideas to quickly iterate on ideas as they evolve and as your receive feedbacks from teammates as well as actual players, from play-tests or through live data tracking.
• Be hands on and handle directly the execution of some of those features and/or the data related to those features. Or oversee the execution of the other features.
• Be able to analyze key data coming from live players that allows insight for fine tuning and game balancing

Qualifications

• Mobile Free-to-Play Game Design experience is a must with experience shipping at least one title
• Having handled live operations and post-launch updates for at least one mobile title is a strong plus.
• Monetization experience specifically for the mobile market (iOS, Android)
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience using Unity 3D or Unreal engine
• Self-motivated, with strong work ethic and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, which may require some slight working hours modifications for short period of time.
