Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting for clinical and non-clinical positions within the dental clinic. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening resumes.

The recruiter conducts initial interviews, coordinates interview schedules, supports hiring decisions, and manages offer and onboarding processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience, and tracking recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

This position works closely with leadership to support workforce planning and uphold the clinic’s standards of care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess candidate fit and support informed selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Previous experience recruiting in healthcare, dental, or clinical settings is beneficial.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media sourcing tools is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
