Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Partner to join their team in Calgary, Alberta on a Long-term Contract basis. This role supports organizational talent acquisition by partnering with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and attract high-quality talent.

The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruitment experience, relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver strategic talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and market trends.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies for corporate, technical, and business roles.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Source candidates through referrals, networking, social media, and job boards.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Promote inclusive hiring and support employer branding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on talent initiatives.
• Support hiring events and continuous recruitment improvement.
