Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things SEO, stays current with the latest industry trends and possesses a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with our client's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic opportunities for improving organic search rankings and increasing web traffic.

Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies that encompass content optimization, link-building, technical SEO, and user experience enhancements.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure that web content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.

Perform regular audits of websites to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and opportunities for optimization.

Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and user engagement.

Keep track of competitors' SEO activities and identify areas where we can gain a competitive advantage.

Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure technical SEO aspects are implemented correctly.

Provide SEO expertise and recommendations during the development and launch of new websites or digital projects.

Contribute to the creation of comprehensive SEO reports for clients, showcasing the impact of your strategies and outlining actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong track record of successful SEO campaigns and measurable results.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts related to SEO.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications in SEO or related digital marketing fields are a plus.
