Junior IT & Digital Operations Specialist (SEO, Website & Support)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technology-focused Junior IT & Digital Operations Specialist (SEO, Website & Support) to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional who is interested in developing a broad skill set across IT support, website management, SEO, AI tools, and digital operations.

The role combines approximately 60% Digital Operations and 40% IT Support. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who enjoys researching solutions, solving technical problems, exploring new technologies, and supporting business growth through digital initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology, IT services, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities Digital Operations (Approximately 60%)

• Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
• Maintain website content, service information, and product updates.
• Perform basic SEO activities, including:
• Keyword research and optimization.
• Meta title and description updates.
• Content improvements.
• Internal linking and basic on-page SEO.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital tools.
• Conduct basic website audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with content creation and digital marketing initiatives.
• Support company social media activities, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Research and evaluate new digital tools, AI solutions, and technologies that improve business operations.
• Assist with digital projects, automation, and online business initiatives.

IT Support (Approximately 40%)

• Provide first-level IT support to employees and customers.
• Troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365, printers, software, and basic network issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access management.
• Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support.
• Manage support tickets and maintain technical documentation.
• Research technical issues and implement solutions with guidance when needed.

Qualifications Required

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to research solutions independently and learn new technologies quickly.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology, digital tools, and business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Experience with social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
