Fractional - Payroll & Benefits

Our client is seeking a Fractional Payroll and Benefits Specialist. In this specialized role, you step in as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep, up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations, complex calculations, and system integrations to ensure absolute accuracy across every pay cycle.

You will assess our client's current payroll processes, identify gaps, and implement best practices tailored to their unique environment. You navigate provincial and federal compliance requirements effortlessly, manage end-to-end payroll processing, and troubleshoot discrepancies with both thoroughness and efficiency.

Your agility empowers you to jump into action, whether it's for a short-term project, compliance audit, software upgrade, or interim coverage.

As the Payroll Specialist, you collaborate closely with our client's HR, Finance, and benefits carrier, ensuring seamless data flow and prompt resolution of payroll-related and benefits matters. You address complex inquiries from employees and management, deliver transparent reporting, and maintain meticulous records aligned with the highest standards.

Your capacity for fractional work means you're adept at juggling multiple organizations or projects, bringing specialized, project-based payroll expertise precisely where and when it's needed most. Your role ensures our client has peace of mind and payroll excellence they can count on.

Ideally, you must already be practicing in a fractional capacity.
