We're seeking a Journeyman Plumber or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice to play a key role in the construction of a new five-story, 20-suite apartment building. This project kicks off with approximately 4,000 feet of underground piping installation and transitions into above-ground plumbing systems as construction progresses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install underground piping systems for multi-family residential projects
• Layout, assemble, and secure piping systems to specification
• Install sleeves, hangers, and underground fittings
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Perform pressure testing and system inspections
• Coordinate with site supervisors, forepersons, and other trades
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow all company and site-specific safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman Plumber certification or 3rd/4th Year Plumbing Apprentice status
• Experience in residential plumbing (commercial construction experience is also considered)
• Ability to confidently read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Valid driver's license
• Current CSTS certification

Bonus Qualifications

• Fall Protection certification
• AWP/EWP certification
• Experience working on multi-family or multi-story residential construction projects

The pay range for this position is $41.07 - $43.00/hr.
