Senior Project Manager - Land Development

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to lead land development projects from early planning through delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, and keeping work aligned with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project oversight within development or construction environments, with the ability to balance technical details and high-level priorities. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to move projects forward efficiently while identifying risks and resolving issues before they affect progress.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking milestones, reviewing project performance, preparing status updates, and supporting permitting and approval processes. You should be comfortable managing multiple assignments at once, communicating clearly with a variety of stakeholders, and making sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements typically include substantial experience in project management, familiarity with land or site development processes, and strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
