Senior Estimator, ICI Construction – Permanent – 3129

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a respected general contractor with a strong and diverse ICI portfolio. This role is ideal for an estimator who enjoys both conceptual and detailed estimating and who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, competitiveness, and well‑structured preconstruction processes.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for ICI projects $20M +
• Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity
• Develop quantity take‑offs, costing, and complete bid submissions
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Work closely with the preconstruction and project management teams to align estimates with project goals

About You

The successful candidate will have the following

• Professional Mindset: Grit, Entrepreneur
• 7–12+ years estimating ICI projects with a general contractor
• Strong understanding of local trade markets and construction costs
• Experience with estimating software and digital take off tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
