Territory Sales Manager – Ottawa

We’re recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law consultancy, trusted by thousands of Canadian businesses. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a driven, high-performing field based hunter to be the Territory Sales Manager in Ottawa, ON to join their dynamic sales team.

Location: 100% outside sales / Field-based in Ottawa, Ontario

Salary: Up to $75,000K Base | Realistic OTE $200k+ | Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

• Hunting New Business: Drive new business through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners to provide HR & Health & Safety solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with key referral partners.
• Exceed sales targets in a dynamic, high-reward environment.
• Manage your pipeline effectively using a CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of proven B2B field sales experience.
• A True Hunter: 100% in the field drive new revenue, No Account Management (aka “farming”) experience
• Experience selling services or intangible products.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a value-driven approach.
• Confidence in selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• A valid G driver’s license (this is a field-based role).
• A competitive, results-driven mindset and a passion for sales success.
