Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior, Data Engineer, for one of our key government clients to lead the design of complex data pipelines, enforce data quality standards and implement enterprise grade ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Candidate MUST Have The Following

• A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
• Architect and deliver innovative, scalable data solutions leveraging advanced Oracle database structures including XMLType and schema-based definitions to handle complex payloads.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to automate and streamline critical data processing logic.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to define data requirements, design efficient relational schemas, and optimize end-to-end data flow across systems.
• Own pipeline performance and reliability, driving deep-level tuning of complex Oracle SQL queries, execution plan analysis, and indexing strategy across the platform.
• Define and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and data integrity within the Oracle environment, including exception handling and data validation frameworks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, Oracle feature releases, and evolving ETL technologies to continuously improve and modernize the team’s data practices.
