Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator

Part-Time Remote Payroll Admin + Bookkeeper (Sage Experience Asset)

Location: Remote (Calgary-based business)

Hours: ~5 hours per week (potential to grow as the business expands)

We’re seeking a dependable Payroll Administrator + Bookkeeper to

support our growing business. This is a part-time remote role —

perfect if you’re looking for flexible hours and meaningful work

with a small, dynamic team. As our company expands, there may be an

opportunity for additional hours.

Your Role

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Manage Sage bookkeeping entries and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and government remittances (GST,

source deductions, etc.)

• Maintain organized, up-to-date records
• Assist with light HR admin tasks as needed

Your Experience

• 3+ years in bookkeeping + payroll
• Proficiency in Sage (Sage 50 or Sage 300) would be an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Based in Canada (Calgary preferred for time zone alignment)
