The property administrator works with the Property Manager and is responsible for all administrative duties related to the Condominium.

Property is located at 555 Brittany Drive.

Looking for a part-time individual to work with our full-time team, 20 hours a week to start with one shift on the weekend. No work on Sundays.

Wage will depend on experience and skills. Range from $20-$25 an hour.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

• Issue purchase orders and process invoices from vendors
• Help with projects, corresponding with residents on what is happening at the condominium
• Organization of condominium records, including maintenance records.
• Ensuring work orders have been completed correctly and in a timely manner related to the corporations' common areas
• Utilize computerized property management system to record transactions and run various operating reports

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Professional Presentation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
• Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Knowledge of Adobe sign software for electronic documents.
• Self starter with high degree of initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Two Years Experience with administration and excellent computer skills
