Join a High-Impact Litigation Team Supporting Product Liability Class Actions & Mass Tort Matters

Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Lawyer in the Litigation Support Sector.

Are you a licensed lawyer looking to apply your litigation expertise in a dynamic, client-focused environment? We are seeking detail-oriented legal professionals to support a high-profile project involving product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.

In this role, you will analyse claims, communicate with claimants and counsel, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results. This is a substantive legal position and not an eDiscovery document review role.

Responsibilities

• Analyse claim documents and supporting materials
• Prepare detailed written responses to claimant and counsel inquiries
• Respond to telephone inquiries from claimants and legal counsel
• Collaborate with project managers, directors, and team members to achieve project objectives
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an accredited law school or equivalent foreign law degree
• Maintain an active law licence in good standing in at least one Canadian jurisdiction
• Demonstrate litigation experience, with class action or mass tort experience considered an asset
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking abilities
• Display excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach
