As a finance leader, you will assume full ownership of the finance function, reporting to the Executive Director. This includes managing end-to-end accounting activities, leading budgeting processes, and enhancing compliance and payroll systems. Your insights will guide strategic decisions and contribute significantly to the nonprofit's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct full-cycle accounting and financial operations
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports
• Spearhead organizational budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Oversee compliance and payroll processing
• Build and enhance financial workflows and systems

Requirements

• CPA designation preferred
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Background in nonprofit or grant-funded sectors beneficial
• Strong track record of modernizing finance operations
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
