Functional Business Analyst

THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst (Sage 300) for an exciting contract engagement.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will play a key role in evaluating existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the optimization of Sage 300. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring system enhancements align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and system utilization
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to optimize Sage 300 functionality and workflows
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, testing activities, and implementation initiatives
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and assist with issue resolution
• Develop reports, process documentation, and user guides
• Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive continuous improvement
