Join our dynamic team working with a trusted TELUS partner as an Outside Sales Manager.

As a Sales Manager take charge of a high-performing team representing TELUS, one of Canada’s largest telecom providers. This is a field-based leadership role—you’ll lead by example, sell TELUS home services door-to-door, and coach your team to success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 6–10 Field Sales Representatives in assigned residential territories.
• Actively engage in Direct door-to-door sales of TELUS Mobility, SmartHome Security (ADT), and Internet services.
• Organize and manage daily team operations (sales routes, data tracking, pickup coordination, etc.).
• Deliver daily sales coaching, training, and safety briefings.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Support team members in identifying customer needs and offering the right TELUS solutions.
• Track and report team performance to senior management.
• Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid Class G driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within your assigned region.
