Job description

FYRA SERVICES INC. helps local businesses (salons, clinics, garages, restaurants, etc.) generate more appointments by reconnecting with their existing clients. Our specialty is client reactivation — we enable businesses to maximize their client base without relying solely on acquisition. We are looking for agents to make calls in two contexts: FYRA development (B2B) and client campaigns (B2C).

Responsibilities

• Contact targeted local businesses
• Clearly present our reactivation service
• Identify needs and generate interest
• Schedule appointments with prospects
• Contact clients of partner businesses
• Present their promotional offers
• Obtain confirmed appointments
• Update interactions in the system
• Ensure rigorous call follow-up
• Report field information
