Junior Lawyer (Family Law Associate)

We are seeking an associate lawyer with 1–3 years of experience to join our family law team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys advocacy, values practical problem-solving, and is motivated to continue building a rewarding family law practice in a supportive environment.

You will work closely with senior counsel on a range of family law matters, including but not limited to separation, divorce, parenting disputes, child and spousal support, property division, and alternative dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
• Able to manage and assist with a diverse caseload of family law matters.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
