Chef - Full Time

Binny Billiards is Edmonton’s newest destination for pool, snooker, great food, and drinks. As we prepare for our grand opening, we’re looking for an experienced Chef to help build and lead our kitchen team from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard.
• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Develop and maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, food ordering, and cost control.
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with Alberta Health Services food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with management to develop and improve the menu.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Chef.
• Experience in a sports bar, pub, restaurant, or casual dining environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
• Food Safe Certification (required or willing to obtain).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
