In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing expert advice to ensure memorable and seamless travel experiences. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
• Recommend suitable travel packages, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services accurately and efficiently
• Provide detailed itineraries and travel documentation to clients
• Upsell additional services such as travel insurance or excursions to enhance client experience
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination information, and supplier offerings
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions in the company database
• Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners to secure the best deals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and hospitality services
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and advise effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with booking systems, reservation software, or related tools is preferred
• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends

Pay:- Commission based
