About the Role

As a Group Travel Coordinator within the "Zone Découverte" division, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating group travel and activities targeted at youth groups and day camps. Your mission will be to provide a turnkey service to clients, including personalized travel advice and seamless event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain client portfolios with professionalism and care.

Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.

Advise clients during their reservation journey, helping tailor travel and activity plans.

Plan and coordinate activity bookings in collaboration with suppliers and partners.

Oversee technical aspects of files, such as billing, contract management, and sharing relevant reservation information.

Manage unforeseen issues or emergencies, including occasional evening or weekend availability.

Continuously develop and follow up with client base to maximize sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written French language skills.

Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills (tested).

Good knowledge of English.

Possession of the Travel Advisor certificate issued by the Office de protection du consommateur (OPC) is an asset.

Minimum Education and Experience

College diploma in travel agency, leisure, tourism, transport logistics, or any relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience related to the role.

Working Conditions

Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Flexible work schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
