Executive Sous Chef at NHL Venue

Elevate culinary standards as the Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume NHL arena. Support the Executive Chef and lead a dynamic culinary team for sports and special events.

This role requires strong leadership and operational excellence in a fast-paced, people-first environment. With a focus on food safety and event readiness, you will oversee culinary operations across Premium Clubs, Suites, and Concessions. Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional experiences for guests during NHL games and high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for NHL events and concerts
• Manage Chef de Cuisines and performance within the team
• Ensure consistent menu execution across all platforms
• Oversee food production and service quality standards
• Coach and develop Sous Chefs and culinary staff

Requirements

• Red Seal Certification or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of culinary leadership experience
• High-volume culinary catering or arena experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
