The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and service-focused Barista to join our hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Muscat's most exclusive private members' clubs, delivering exceptional coffee experiences in a premium and welcoming environment.

As a Barista, you will play an important role in creating memorable moments for members and guests by preparing high-quality beverages, providing personalised service, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality. Working closely with the wider team, you will help create a warm, engaging atmosphere that reflects the exceptional standards of Muscat Elite.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Welcome members and guests with a professional, friendly, and attentive approach.
• Take orders, provide recommendations, and deliver a personalised service experience.
• Operate coffee equipment effectively while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Assist with light food preparation and presentation where required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and service area.
• Monitor stock levels and support restocking of coffee, beverages, and supplies.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Support private events, functions, and special member experiences.
• Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service in a premium environment.
• You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience as a Barista or within a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.A friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation.

Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and club events as required.
