General Manager, Vingcard Singapore & Malaysia

RESPONSIBILITY The incumbent will be a key member of the APAC Hospitality leadership team and will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Singapore business. Provide leadership and strategic direction to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership in Singapore. Lead all commercial, operational, and service activities to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, hotel operators, owners, developers, consultants, and business partners to maximize business opportunities. Ensure the efficient utilization of resources and drive operational excellence across all functions. Identify and respond effectively to market trends, competitive activities, economic conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, innovation, accountability, and employee development. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with ASSA ABLOY's Mission, Values, Code of Conduct, and corporate policies.

Lead and manage Distributors across assigned markets in South East Asia Develop Distributor capabilities through coaching, training and best practices sharing Support Distributors in Key Customer engagement and business development activities

Requirements

• Experience Minimum 10 years of leadership experience with proven P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing a business unit, country operation, or significant business segment.
• Strong commercial background with proven sales, business development, and customer management experience.
• Experience in hospitality, security, access solutions, technology, construction, or other project-driven industries is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer projects.
