- The ideal candidate for Regional Sales Director, Southeast Asia and India, brings substantial experience from technology manufacturing or electronic components industries-particularly semiconductors or optoelectronics-with a track record of successful business development spanning at least ten years.
- Your regional leadership background includes managing complex operations across several countries within Southeast Asia or India.

- Demonstrated success expanding business in Southeast Asian or Indian markets with existing relationships among distributors or key customers considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with commercial negotiation expertise that enables you to secure favourable outcomes for the organisation.
- Advanced financial management capabilities including direct ownership of profit-and-loss statements for multiple subsidiaries.
- Outstanding risk management abilities that allow you to anticipate challenges in fast-moving environments while safeguarding organisational interests.

- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English, as the incumbent will regularly communicate with the Taiwan headquarters, participate in meetings with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and review and prepare business correspondence and reports in Mandarin.
