Business Development Manager (Hunter Sales) -KL, Malaysia

We are looking for a highly focused and effective Business Development Manager who will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners and build new business for the company. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, but is open to relocate candidates from other locations.

In this role, you will develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand. You will identify partnership opportunities while maintaining existing business.

Qualifications

• Has at least 8 years of relevant experience in hunting and selling IT staffing, solutions and services, with demonstrated experience and expertise in the direct sales model
• Has proven track record of consistently holding or exceeding goals using a consultative/solution selling approach
• Highly able to establish and nurture new client relationships
• Can drive results through remote teams in a fast-paced and matrix organization, while taking strategic direction from opportunity owners
• Has effective skills in negotiation, communication, business strategy and planning
