Product Manager (AI)

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Information Technology industry to hire a Product Manager - AI & Intelligent Investing. This opportunity is based in (the location) and offers a strategic role within a global, innovation-driven environment.

Position Overview

Lead the development and execution of AI-powered investing capabilities across digital platforms.

Drive measurable impact by enhancing investment decision-making and user engagement through advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered investing experiences across research, trading, portfolio management, and client engagement.
• Design and launch AI features such as investment copilots, conversational assistants, personalised recommendations, and intelligent research tools.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and trading engagement.
• Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, data, design, and business teams to deliver scalable AI products
• Translate customer, business, and market needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Drive product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making through user research and analytics.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimise AI capabilities based on user feedback and business impact.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory, security, governance, and responsible AI requirements.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of launching customer-facing digital products.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products using Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, recommendation engines, or conversational AI.
• Experience working closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience in trading, brokerage, wealth management, or fintech products is highly preferred.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong understanding of AI concepts such as GPT/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and personalisation systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics.

Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for leveraging AI to transform investing and wealth management experiences.
