Franchise Business Development Executive

Develop and follow up with potential franchise leads.

Present YELAOSHR’s franchise business model to interested prospects.

Support franchise consultation and business presentations.

Build good relationships with franchisees, business partners and potential investors.

Assist in market research, sales planning and franchise expansion activities.

Support new franchise partners during onboarding and centre opening preparation.

Travel for business meetings, events, roadshows and franchise support when required.

Work closely with the management team to achieve business development targets.

Fresh graduates and alumni are encouraged to apply.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Management or related field.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Passionate about education, business and people development.

Positive attitude, responsible, target-driven and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and complete tasks on time.

Must possess own transport.

Willing to travel when required.

Able to work in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

Experience in sales, marketing, education, franchise or business development will be an added advantage.

Training and guidance will be provided.
