Job Description

The Corporate Telematics Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales activities, generating new customer opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.

This role focuses on promoting and selling telematics and fleet management solutions to corporate clients, delivering tailored solutions that improve fleet efficiency, compliance, safety, and operational performance.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, capable of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, networking, and customer referrals.
• Engage with potential corporate customers to understand their fleet management and telematics requirements.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value and benefits of telematics solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and business cases to prospective clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, closure, and customer onboarding.

Account Management & Customer Retention

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company's product and service portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing ongoing support and recommending solutions that align with business needs.
• Conduct regular account reviews to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration & Customer Experience

• Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new customers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Performance & Market Intelligence

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and market developments within the telematics and fleet management sectors.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to support business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia essential.
• Strong corporate sales and business development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Effective negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and propose value-driven solutions.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Adaptable and capable of performing in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
