Role Purpose

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) while ensuring all talent acquisition activities remain in strict compliance with established company policies and service level agreements (SLAs). By leveraging effective sourcing strategies, maintaining high data integrity, and collaborating closely with internal hiring managers, this role plays a key part in attracting top-tier talent and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience that supports the organization's broader workforce requirements.

Key Accountability

• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality candidates.
• Provide regular updates and analytical reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
• Support the execution of both mass and individual sourcing activities based on organizational strategy.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process with Human Capital Business Drivers (HCBDs), hiring managers, and stakeholders within set SLAs.
• Manage application screening, candidate shortlisting, and the scheduling of interview sessions.
• Prepare salary proposals and conduct reference checks to confirm candidate suitability.
• Update and maintain HRIS and recruitment databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization.
• Act as a professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience that reflects MAG’s values.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal hiring managers and HCBDs to ensure a cohesive hiring culture.

Qualification

• Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
