Risk Analyst/Content Monitoring(Mandarin)

Location: KL Malaysia

Job DescriptionExperience in monitoring content governance on payment risk and platform governance.

1. Content Monitoring

• Monitor content governance risk of payment acquiring merchants per aligned SOP via measures including but not limited to Open Research, Actual testing and Framework review
• Define and communicate risk remediation plan on observed risks with commercial team per approved guidelines
• Oversee the remediation status of high risk merchants and escalate out-of-appetite merchants for further review and risk mitigation
• Review contents of partner applications such as Google, Apple, Tiktok. Also known as UGC (User generated content) review
• Requires testing using voice/video of the applications

2. SOP & product enhancement

• Identify process and policy enhancement opportunity based on first-hand review feedback
• Coordinate with cross-functional team for policy optimization
• Work with product and cross-functional team to streamline review process and tools with improved productivity

Speak, read and write Chinese.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, such as compliance investigation, content governance monitoring and platform governance, preferably within the sector of social media apps or AIl content generation apps.
