Our client is a leading multinational organisation with an established Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services Centre supporting finance operations across multiple international markets. As part of its continued expansion, they are looking to hire multiple Accounts Payable (AP) Analysts to support their German, Japanese, and Korean portfolios.

Candidates are only required to be fluent in ONE of the following languages: German, Japanese or Korean.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Process vendor invoices, credit notes, employee expense claims, and payment requests in a timely manner.
• Perform invoice validation, coding, three-way matching (where applicable), and exception handling.
• Prepare and execute payment proposals in accordance with established payment schedules.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding invoices, payment discrepancies, and vendor queries.
• Liaise with vendors, Procurement, business users, and internal finance teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
• Support month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations, accruals, reporting, and other closing requirements.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and operational procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and finance transformation projects.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and support continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), or a related finance function. Experience within a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and ONE of the following languages:
• German
• Japanese
• Korean
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
