Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting for new listings and buyers, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing.

The role includes preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the full transaction process from initial inquiry to closing. The Real Estate Agent will maintain accurate records, update listings on relevant platforms, and collaborate with the internal team to execute marketing strategies.

Ongoing responsibilities also include building long-term client relationships, attending training or briefings, and staying current with local real estate regulations and trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and meet all regulatory requirements set by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents Malaysia.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation basics, and transaction procedures.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
• Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills, professional ethics, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with online listing platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software.
• Prior experience in real estate, property sales, or a related field is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
