We are expanding our international property sales team and looking for motivated property consultants, real estate negotiators, and sales professionals experienced in handling local and foreign buyers.

This opportunity is especially suitable for candidates with exposure to:

• KLCC luxury property sales
• International investor clients
• Middle East, China, India, Pakistan, Japan, Korea, or Southeast Asian buyer markets
• High-net-worth or investment-focused property sales

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Promote premium residential projects in Kuala Lumpur (KLCC area)
• Handle enquiries and presentations for local and overseas buyers
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property viewings
• Generate leads through networking, digital marketing, referrals, and personal database
• Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
• Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in property sales, real estate, or investment-related sales preferred
• Exposure to international buyers or overseas property investors is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Japanese, or Korean is an added advantage depending on your client market
