UX Designer & GenAI Analyst

Job Summary

As a GenAI Analyst within the Service Delivery team in the CMT vertical at Cognizant, you will work closely with a large cloud service provider as an extension of their sales enablement team focusing on building pitches and creating responses to proposals for their end customers.

You will work closely with your Pod lead, design experts and client sales teams to create high impact demo videos and apps embedded in pitches and proposal responses aligned to each unique end customer. You will demonstrate a high level of passion and commitment in ensuring the services are delivered as per the quality standards agreed upon.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint solution areas and develop sales enablement materials, including pitches, interactive demos, and proposals.
• Grasp the client’s brief and deliver insightful sales presentations through thorough industry research and analysis.
• Design pitch decks and interactive demonstrations with compelling sales narratives for cloud services across various industry sectors.
• Develop chat scripts to illustrate use cases of generative AI-based chatbots.
• Design app UX/UI using platforms like Figma, FlutterFlow. The Analyst should be able to create videos leveraging Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Qualification

• Background in enterprise sales, pre-sales, or solutions consulting
• Familiarity with tech, cloud, or SaaS sectors
• Experience developing tailored pitch decks and applications for specific industries or customer profiles
